I re-rendered a section of the last piece I did, "Copies", where there was a coincidental merging of faces in a couple of the background robots. It was a pure accident in the original, and I found it quite difficult to manually re-create. It was the perfect placement of characters and camera set to an extremely tight focal length.

Big thanks to Björn :iconariel-x: for kicking my ass to post this, and for turning me on to Project Pitchfork -- their music is wonderfully gritty, with just the right amount of grungy electronica that went well with these images I made.

Thank you, Vee! :hug: Yes, something going on. I feel a change. Not just from the whirlwind of activity lately, but something's in the air. Or maybe it's just summer. :P No, it's an excitement and re-awakening of sorts. Hard to describe. So yes, peeling away the old layers of "me" will take some doing, but it's necessary and I'm quite ready for it. haha Ryan 2.0 upgrade!

It isn't just summer. :-) It is almost like ...swimming in slime, and finding the edge of something to grasp onto, and slowly but surely pulling yourself from it and taking in a HUGE deep breath. I'm still in the slime myself, but I can see it thinning out some :-)

Thanks, Jon! Yes, indeed -- I don't get that too often with the lucky mistakes. Usually in my world it's just a big fat mistake that must be corrected. :P

COOL MAN! Reminds me of the the giant head in the new Prometheus movie. I recommend it, it is thought provoking and beautiful, just like your picture.
