Lost and Found

Ah, just something I've been working on in my spare time. This is the frozen moon of Khione, orbiting the gas giant Boreas. Despite its relative proximity to the companion star Orionis Pi3 B, it's a dead world, frigid and unforgiving.

This is the setting for a story that I started nearly two years ago in the Extrasolar universe. Ariel-X came to my rescue and we've been tossing it back and forth, and now of course it's sitting in my lap. But we're getting there, slowly, and it's turning out to be one of those epic stories that will have implications in every other story we write hereafter. It's so much fun, and I can't wait to get it finished so that we can finally get on to the other exciting things planned next.
