I started eyeing digital 3d artwork about 10 years ago, and I finally took the plunge for myself about four years ago. I started with Vue 5, and slowly incorporated Poser 6 into the mix after getting bored with primitives and landscape scenes.

I'm currently working in Vue 7, and I use the freebie version of Daz3d for my character morphs and creations. I do my post production in PhotoShop CS4.

I strive for realism with my digital artwork, but that's not always possible for me. I try to push myself to learn new techniques, and I feel that I've always got room for improvement.

I'm currently learning ZBrush. My goal is to make my own characters and objects from scratch instead of relying on the purchased ones. I want my scenes to be 100% mine!

Most of the time , I don't like work done with poser ,but your work is really cool dude . Now you said you wanna try Zbrush , do it , create and enjoy , it should rocks !
Z is not very hard to learn , some months and you will be a killer , give a try to 3dsmax and you will be a super killer !
anyway , very nice gallery , I'll be back...

Thanks for stopping by and for your kind words! Yeah, the ZBrush learning has been somewhat on the back burner these days because of my job consuming me, but I'm hoping to turn that around soon and have more time. Definitely need to get my hands on 3dsmax too.

My pleasure, and thank you for the watch as well! Your stories are wonderful! I'm a "wannabe writer", just not much to show for it. I started 3d artwork to help me with some story ideas and to make mock-book covers. Trouble is, I've been so caught up in it that I haven't written a thing since! So if you look closely at some of my stuff there's a story in there (some are just for pure fun, but feel free to invent anything that comes to mind!) Anyway, keep up the good work.
